Digital Product Manager with hands on development experience and a computer science degree. I deliver clean and accessible solutions to customers.
Ever since I was young, I've been fascinated by how technology can both solve problems and deliver different experiences. My interest in web design and development began back in the late 2000s, right alongside the rise of more modern design and development principles. I started by developing my own websites, hand-coded in HTML, CSS, and Javascript. I then moved on to developing back-end architecture using PHP and MySQL. This hobby eventually turned into my education path, with my enrollment into the Computer Science program at Michigan Tech in 2009.
Upon graduation, I jumped into the IT field and worked in the financial industry. Along the way, I found myself continuing to contribute to front-end and back-end projects with various programming languages as a flexible generalist. I always had my side projects as well, including machine learning model creation on market equity data and automated trading clients using REST APIs.
Currently, as a Digital Product Manager, I focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences at MillerKnoll. I still provide my technical capability to the team's contributions as well as continuing education on the latest tools and frameworks available in the development landscape. In my personal time, I work on some passion projects and spend time with my wife, 2 kids, and dog.
